Unique Examinations System

We believe that quality education in the institutions can only be ensured through implementation of transparent examination system. Hence, Weekly/Monthly Tests and term Examinations are held on regular basis in the colleges strictly following the academic calendar issued by the Group of Colleges. Apart from the regular conduct of Parents Teachers Meetings, concerned subject teachers discuss the performance/short comings of the students with them in a congenial atmosphere and persuade them to concentrate upon their studies. On the other hand, the performance of the teachers is monitored and jugged on the basis of the results shown by the students in these tests/exams and they are held responsible/accountable to the Management for poor academics results.

Teacher-Student Interaction

If a student feels a personal connection to a teacher, experiences frequent communication with a teacher, and receives more guidance and praise than criticism from the teacher, then the student is likely to become more trustful of that teacher, show more engagement in the academic content presented, display better classroom behaviour, and achieve at higher levels academically. In LEADS College positive teacher-student relationship is drawn so that students get into the process of learning and promote their desire to learn. Discussions, educational quizzes and debates are conducted to enhance Teacher-Student interaction.
