General & Disciplinary Rules

All the students of LEADS College must abide by the College Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines as may be propagated by the College Administration from time to time for smooth functioning of the college and achieving the goal of becoming nationwide professional, following decorum should be maintained. Any student found to break these Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines shall not only be fined but also can be suspended or expelled (both provisional and permanent) from the College.

ADMISSION RULES

☑ College can refuse, vary, reverse or terminate any enrolment on the basis of incorrect, ambiguous or incomplete information.
☑ Reviewing and interpreting policies for better academic discipline by the College authority is not challengeable. No prior notice is obligatory.
☑ College authorities have complete right to change the course requirement, fee, course nomenclature, course content, class schedules, venue, faculty, etc. any time to accommodate modern trends.
☑ 80% attendance and 60% marks are a must in the previous year/ for continuing fee concession/ scholarship in the next year. For this purpose, a fresh application shall be submitted.
☑ In case of any change in mailing address; student will immediately inform the College Office.
☑ Any student aggrieved by any event in the College will file a complaint with the Principal/ Administrator and not with outside authority unless the Principal/Administrator permits him/her to do so.
☑College has the right to withdraw scholarships/discounts and any other fee concession provided to the students subject to his/her disobedience with prescribed stipulation.
☑ In case of failure in send-up examination/poor attendance/dues default, student shall be treated as ineligible to apply/appear for Board/University/College Examination.
☑ Students will attend classes regularly as required by the institution as well as by the Board regulations.
☑ The registration/admission fees of Board and University shall be paid by the students.
☑All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable Student shall apply for admission with the consent of my parents/guardians.
☑ If admitted, student will abide by the rules and regulations of the College.
